Untag On Facebook
Untag Someone On Facebook
1. Go to the photo/post concerned.
2. Click the drop-down menu symbol.
3. Click "Remove Tag."
If you're managing a lot of blog posts, you can do something else that's not so time-consuming:
1. Head to your Activity Log (you can get there by choosing the drop-down menu in the leading right edge of your Facebook page).
2. On the left side, click "Photos You're Tagged In" or "Posts You're Tagged In."
3. Find the posts/photos you want to untag yourself from, and click on the Edit switch alongside them on the right.
4. After that, click on "Report/Remove Tag.".
Bear in mind that eliminating yourself from a Facebook tag doesn't mean the photo/post you're identified in will certainly be erased. It will still be visible and appear on people's Information Feeds.
Additionally, it's worth mentioning that if somebody remains to abusively identify you in pictures or posts, you can always obstruct them or report their profile for harassment.
How to Untag Yourself on Facebook with the "Take a Break" Feature.
In case you wish to eliminate a Facebook tag from a certain individual, but wish to make the whole process 100% automated, you can utilize the "Relax" function that Facebook offers. Right here's the link for it.
All you need to do is:.
1. Type in the person's name.
2. Click on "Edit Who Can See Past Posts.".
3. Click on "Edit all my posts and posts I'm tagged in.".
Once you do that, Facebook will run an automatic process in which they will untag you in photos/posts made by the individual in question, and in posts/photos posted by other people in which you and that certain person are tagged in. This process will quickly alter the personal privacy setups of the blog posts in which you identified that individual as well.
