Permanently Delete Facebook Messages
How To Delete Messages From Facebook Permanently
Step 1. Click the "Messages" symbol on your Facebook homepage. The Messages icon lies in the leading left corner and also appears like two small overlapping speech bubbles.
Step 2. Click the discussion containing the message or messages you wish to remove. If it is not provided on the first Messages pop-up window, click "See All" to see all of your personal messages. Click the discussion on that particular checklist having the message you intend to erase.
Step 3. Click the "Actions" button and then click "Delete Messages" on the Activities drop-down menu.
Step 4. Click the check boxes located alongside the messages you intend to erase.
Click "Delete" and after that click "Delete Messages" to confirm that you want to delete the selected messages.
Tip
To remove a whole conversation instead of private messages, click "Delete Conversation" after clicking the Actions menu in the third action.
Caution
Deleting an exclusive message in your Messages inbox does not delete it from the inbox of your discussion companion.
